PT-VI MILKING MACHINE ANALYSER Multifunctional The ATV Agri Products PT-VI Milking Machine Analyser distinguishes itself for its versatility and flexibility. A variety of measuring instruments is no longer required for the analysis of a milking machine. The PT-VI combines a manometer, pulsator tester, thermometer, rotation meter, volt meter and air flow meter in one instrument. The PT-VI is very accurate and performs maintenance measurements in accordance with the ISO and NMC standards. To resolve problems, the PT-VI makes trouble-free use of dynamic measuring methods. Composition The PT-VI is a handy, menu-driven instrument mainly using icons and apps. It is operated using a 7-inch colour touch screen. In addition to maximum ease of use, this touch screen makes it possible for the user to zoom charts in and out. The PT-VI comes as standard with two built-in vacuum sensors. Optionally, the PT-VI can be extended with two external vacuum sensors with which, for example, four vacuum signals can be analysed simultaneously. In addition, the PT-VI offers the option of connecting other external sensors, such as a temperature or rotational speed sensor. In order to measure the air consumption of the various parts of the milking machine, the PT-VI can be extended with an air flow meter. A unique feature is that the same air flow meter used in a PT-V also can be connected to the PT-VI. Extensively improved ATV Agri Products has been producing measuring instruments (PT-IV and PT-V) for the analysis of milking stalls since the early 1980s. Since then, we have, in practice, worked with various parties under all circumstances. By feeding back this field experience, ATV Agri Products has succeeded in incorporating the wishes and functional improvements of users in the development of the new PT-VI. The PT-VI is a truly modern measuring instrument. The PT-VI is consequently equipped with USB, WiFi and prepared for Bluetooth and the CAN bus. Measurements for each farm are carried out, stored, displayed, printed, or transferred as a binary file to a laptop, PC or Mac transferred. Each measurement is automatically identified with the name of the farm and the person performing the measurements. An identification label can also be added to each measurement with which the exact measurement location, for example, the position, is recorded. A note can also be added to each measurement that can contain detailed information about the measurement. AGRI Measuring & technology
