Solution: Reduco2 The idea developed through a deep wish of mine to become more aware of my choices and actions on consumption. I am Julia. I would consider myself as a pretty sustainable-minded person. There is always more that you can do to become the perfect version of yourself, but, as a starter, I am confident and proud of the lifestyle I manage to maintain. Three years ago, I started to change my eating to a plant-based diet. It was initially just for fun, but after a short period of time, I educated myself on veganism, its background, why people are doing it, and all the other positive effects on health and, particularly, the environment. Just by turning to a vegan diet (which means you cut out animal-based products like meat, fish, dairy, and eggs) you can cut your impact on carbon emissions by half (Wilson, 2015).
