This first model also consisted of three main parties: green enterprises, impact investors and the crowdfunding platform, Funds x Value. The light green activities were the ones conducted outside the platform for the platform, such as the percentage of profits from the investor's benefits or the fees the enterprise would pay to use the platform. The dark green activities were the ones directly related to the platform, like the funds or the platform itself. I decided to change this model as most crowdfunding platforms work with this model nowadays, and it is not attractive to investors or enterprises. Both parties would have to pay even if they did not reach their goals. Furthermore, there is no value added in this model. 75
