A WORD FROM OUR CEO Welcome to the Invicta universe and our latest issue #4 of SEC Magazine. As one of the fastest growing brands in the world, and with the continued growth of our watch collector community, we now bring you the latest and most exciting updates about our brand and our ever-growing collections and collaborations. Our Swiss heritage established in 1837 is a perfect foundation for our modern collector community. This year has brought us ample opportunity to expand and offer custom and detail-crafted timepieces as well as to showcase our overall collection of over 4,000 unique styles, from Invicta, TechnoMarine, S. Coifman, Glycine Switzerland and Chase-Durer watch brands. We have added key strategic collaborations with the National Hockey League® (NHL) and Major League Baseball® (MLB). We have also expanded our long-standing collection of NFL® watches and overall partnership with the NFL, including Invicta being chosen as the official timekeeper of the Las Vegas Raiders®. Invicta is proud to launch a new collaboration and partnership with Juan Manual Correa, a professional race car driver who is both amazingly fast on the speedway and rising in the ranks of the professional circuit. We are thrilled by the overwhelming response to the worldwide launch of his all-new line of watches. This year brought with it an expansion to our family of exceptional watch brands with the addition of Chase-Durer, our latest brand of timepieces to join the Invicta family. Likewise, it gave us a perfect opportunity to innovate and bring all new offerings from TechnoMarine and Glycine, as you will read all about on the pages that follow. In addition to taking a deep dive into sports, we continue to build on the years of cutting-edge, custom designed and precision engineered timepieces in partnership with some of the most revered and well-known pop culture characters and companies, including Marvel®, Star Wars®, DC Comics®, and Disney®. These collections are ever expanding and organically growing to encapsulate new characters to engage with our customers and meet their desires. Notably, we continue to work with the finest watch designers and engineers in the watch industry to bring to you the newest, most advanced, and nuanced timepieces. With intentional emphasis on cutting-edge research and development, Invicta continues to build highly complex, unique watch cases, bands, dials, exhibition casebacks, and the integration between them. We are using the highest grade precision movements from all around the world and continue to be an industry leader using and developing new calibers of watch movements each and every year. Always forward-thinking and implementing the most sophisticated technology in horology, our engineering and development arm is committed to new expansions into our Swiss Made watches, including integration of the highest grade precious gemstones such as diamonds, and genuine mother of pearl and oyster, as well as the development of advanced solar technology in new movements and complexities.
