Beste KWPN-liefhebber, Dear KWPN enthusiast, We hebben een bijzonder jaar achter de rug, wat ook zijn weerslag had op de voorbereidingen van deze KWPN Hengstenkeuring. Vanwege de coronamaatregelen was het lang onzeker of we de KWPN Hengstenkeuring in ’s-Hertogenbosch of Ermelo konden organiseren. Desalniettemin is er de afgelopen maanden hard gewerkt om u, als liefhebber van het KWPN-paard, een prachtig programma aan te bieden. Net zoals verleden jaar worden de hengstenselectie en de vaste sportrubrieken vergezeld door een interessant studioprogramma, waarvan wij hopen dat u dagenlang aan de buis gekluisterd zit. Woensdag 2 februari en donderdag 3 februari staan in het teken van de hengstenselectie van de springhengsten, met op donderdagavond onder meer de finales van de Blom Hengstencompetitie springen en de Jumping Horse of the Year-huldiging. Vrijdag 4 februari biedt het programma ruimte voor de dressuur- en Gelderse hengsten, gevolgd door de traditionele dressuuravond met onder andere de presentatie van de in 2021 goedgekeurde hengsten en verschillende presentaties, waaronder de Dressage Horse of the Year-huldiging. Op de afsluitende zaterdag zien we de hengstenselectie van de dressuur- en tuigpaardhengsten en staat ook de Anemone Horse Trucks Hengstencompetitie Dressuur op het programma. Het moge duidelijk zijn: de KWPN Hengstenkeuring biedt ook deze editie voor ieder wat wils. Ik wens u, ook namens mijn collega-bestuursleden en alle KWPN-medewerkers, veel plezier tijdens deze bijzondere editie van de KWPN Hengstenkeuring 2022. Andries van Daalen Voorzitter Algemeen Bestuur A remarkable year is behind us, one that also had its repercussions on the preparations for this KWPN Stallion Show. Due to the coronavirus measures, there was major uncertainty whether we would be able to organise the KWPN Stallion Show in ‘s-Hertogenbosch or Ermelo. Nevertheless, over the past few months hard work has gone into offering you, as KWPN-horse enthusiast, a wonderful program. Like last year, the stallion selection and sport classes are backed by an interesting studio program, one we hope will have you glued to the screen for days. Wednesday February 2 and Thursday February 3, revolve around the stallion selection of the jumper stallions, concluded by the finals of the Blom Stallion Competition Jumping and the award ceremony of the Jumping Horse of the Year, on Thursday night. Friday February 4, the program features the dressage and Gelder stallions, followed by the traditional dressage night that includes, among others, the presentation of the in 2021 approved stallions and various other shows, such as the celebration of the Dressage Horse of the Year. On the concluding Saturday we see the stallion selection of the dressage and harness stallions, The Anemone Horse Trucks Stallion Competition Dressage is also part of the program. It should be clear: the KWPN Stallion Show once again offers something for everyone.
