The traditional Arnemuiden costume, mainly worn at local events today, and the fishing tradition are vivid reminders of the past. Arnemuiden also offers much to see and do. The Arnemuiden Museum sheds light on fishing, the costume, and history, while 't Uusje van Eine takes you back to life around 1900. The historical shipyard C.A. Meerman and the Nooitgedacht windmill provide fascinating insights into the maritime heritage. Situated on the Veerse Meer, Arnemuiden is a great place for water sports activities such as stand-up paddling, sailing, canoeing, and wakeboarding. At Watersportbedrijf De Arne, you can rent sailing, cabin, and motor yachts for a lovely day (or longer) on the water.
