MAXAM camera systems ENGLISH Most cameras and monitors can easily be connected to each other thanks to a thorough standardization of the connectors. The MAXAM standard connector we use, is called ‘4 pin mini DIN’. In general, most cameras are provided with a 4 pin mini DIN screw connector. Some are equipped with an RCA connection. As for monitors, most of them are provided with a 4 pin mini DIN connection. The rear-view mirror with 4,3” monitor are equipped with an RCA connection. Moreover, the adapter cables 38.CA.RCA – from 4 pin mini DIN ‘male’ to RCA ‘female’ – and 38.CA.RCA/2 – from 4 pin mini DIN ‘female’ to RCA ‘male’ – allow to connect systems with mini DIN and RCA connectors (exception: 38.SYS500B and 38.SYS972).
