AGRI Measuring & technology VACUÜM 50 40 Measurement in dairy farming Milking Machine Analyser PT-VI Product information

AGRI Measuring & technology Indispensable measuring instruments The proper functioning of the milking plant is of great importance for every livestock farmer. Maintaining good udder health, high milk production and excellent milk quality is only possible with a well-constructed and meticulously maintained milking machine. ATV Agri Products offers you the latest measuring techniques for performing maintenance measurements and analysing faults in milking installations. The ATV Agri Products measuring instruments are indispensable when optimising milking installations. Measurement in dairy farming

PT-VI MILKING MACHINE ANALYSER Multifunctional The ATV Agri Products PT-VI Milking Machine Analyser distinguishes itself for its versatility and flexibility. A variety of measuring instruments is no longer required for the analysis of a milking machine. The PT-VI combines a manometer, pulsator tester, thermometer, rotation meter, volt meter and air flow meter in one instrument. The PT-VI is very accurate and performs maintenance measurements in accordance with the ISO and NMC standards. To resolve problems, the PT-VI makes trouble-free use of dynamic measuring methods. Composition The PT-VI is a handy, menu-driven instrument mainly using icons and apps. It is operated using a 7-inch colour touch screen. In addition to maximum ease of use, this touch screen makes it possible for the user to zoom charts in and out. The PT-VI comes as standard with two built-in vacuum sensors. Optionally, the PT-VI can be extended with two external vacuum sensors with which, for example, four vacuum signals can be analysed simultaneously. In addition, the PT-VI offers the option of connecting other external sensors, such as a temperature or rotational speed sensor. In order to measure the air consumption of the various parts of the milking machine, the PT-VI can be extended with an air flow meter. A unique feature is that the same air flow meter used in a PT-V also can be connected to the PT-VI. Extensively improved ATV Agri Products has been producing measuring instruments (PT-IV and PT-V) for the analysis of milking stalls since the early 1980s. Since then, we have, in practice, worked with various parties under all circumstances. By feeding back this field experience, ATV Agri Products has succeeded in incorporating the wishes and functional improvements of users in the development of the new PT-VI. The PT-VI is a truly modern measuring instrument. The PT-VI is consequently equipped with USB, WiFi and prepared for Bluetooth and the CAN bus. Measurements for each farm are carried out, stored, displayed, printed, or transferred as a binary file to a laptop, PC or Mac transferred. Each measurement is automatically identified with the name of the farm and the person performing the measurements. An identification label can also be added to each measurement with which the exact measurement location, for example, the position, is recorded. A note can also be added to each measurement that can contain detailed information about the measurement. AGRI Measuring & technology

One of the major improvements of the PT-VI is its flexibility. From now on, every conceivable measurement procedure can be included in an app. The memory capacity of the PT-VI has also been greatly expanded. With 8 GB of memory storage, countless measurements can be stored. With the universal USB port, measurement data files can be easily imported from or exported to an external hard disk or USB stick. One part of the maintenance and optimisation process is analysing the pulsation curve with the livestock farmer. This can be done directly from the PT-VI screen, but being able to offer a paper strip with a graphical representation of the curve is also still desirable nowadays. A small printer is available for the PT-VI, equipped with rechargeable batteries, that can be directly connected to the PT-VI. Measurements online or from the memory can be printed directly in the stable. Unique measurement protocol The service technician is no longer tied to fixed measurement protocols. In addition to the ISO standard and NMC protocols, if the service technician, manufacturer, or institution wishes, specific measurement protocols are implemented. These unique measurement protocols can be composed using MS-Excel outside the PT-VI and then easily transferred to the PT-VI. These measurement protocols can be arbitrarily tailored just for you; standard measurement apps are called from this protocol and supplemented with the most common MS-Excel functions. By making use of MS-Excel, warnings, for example, can be added that indicate when a measured value lies outside the specifications. With the measuring protocol app, we bring the flexibility of MS-Excel to the PT-VI. AGRI Measuring & technology

AGRI Measuring & technology Report Generator The PT-VI comes as standard with the Report Generator. This is a software package with which reports of the measurements can be created easily that are transferred to a PC or Mac. The measurements can be selected and reported for each farm by date/time, in tabular form or as a graphical display. The Report Generator works with Windows and MacOS. Once created, graphs and tables can be easily copied to the clipboard, from where they can be used in other applications such as email, MS Word and MS Excel. FUTURE EXTENSIONS ATV Agri Products is continuously working on new applications that can be added to the PT-VI. The platform for the PT-VI has been selected so that it can be easily extended in the future with new applications. In addition, other sensors can be added at a later stage. Using the built-in WiFi function, the PT-VI will automatically update itself with the latest software version. With this, ATV Agri Products offers the user the option to continue upgrading the tester even after purchase. A software update is available. Do you want to download and install this now?
