WHO IS WHO? Behind Mars & More I started my job at Mars & More as Export Manager in October 2020. I have been working in the Home & Decor branch for more than 25 years and my many experiences in this field have made me the person I am today. A keen salesman with a great eye for detail and a listening ear for the client. In the past 10 years, I was able to expand my work throughout Europe and build up a large network in many different countries. The great thing about all these travel experiences is noticing how every country has its many typical and authentic features and habits and this makes our job even more interesting and challenging. The Home & Decor branch is not only constantly changing and growing but is also becoming more and more professional. Online and offline sales are increasingly interchanged and this strengthens the communication with the clients. Besides that, social media platforms increase brand awareness and support the Mars & More brand. Even so, having personal contact with clients is still indispensable. Attention and contact create trust and meaningful conversations lead to sustainable and long-standing relationships. Thanks to the ever-changing collections and market developments, it always remains a challenge to surprise clients – positively, of course. I believe that the Mars & More collections stand out, inspire clients, and encourage them to be a part of them. This is exactly why I’m very much looking forward to visiting the various groups of clients so we can choose the perfect collections together and support our clients in this way. Fortunately, more and more countries are ending their travel restrictions so we can visit them once more. We can’t wait to inspire and motivate clients to get to work with Mars & More. We are also proud of and very happy with our collaborative partners such as our distributors in the UK, Spain, Hungary, and our agents in Italy. To have our collections becoming available in many more countries, we will be seeking more collaborations for the future.
