POLYURETHANE QUALITIES Xonnoz PU belts are made by using a single unit construction through a unique process called synchronous casting. This process saturates and penetrates the fabric with polyurethane, eliminating separated plies and significantly improving belt function and life span. A wide range of durometers and belt tension ratings are available. THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES CAN BE SUPPLIED: FOOD GRADE A full line to meet food requirements, approved for direct contact with meat and poultry. Its cover is resistant to abrasion, oil, grease and many cleaning solutions. Kevlar cords can be embedded. INDUSTRIAL GRADE – LOW TO MEDIUM TENSION A full line of conveyor belts reinforced with kevlar cords or a solid woven carcass. The saturated carcass enhances its reliability and keeps the friction coefficient low on its bottom side. The 85 durometer polyurethane cover provides excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, grease and cleaning solutions. INDUSTRIAL GRADE – HEAVY DUTY A full line of heavy duty conveyor belt constructions reinforced with an all polyester solid woven carcass and tension ratings between 27 and 35 N/mm. The 95 durometer polyurethane cover formulation provides the ultimate in cut resistance, while the 85 durometer has excellent abrasion resistance. The 75 durometer provides improved impact resistance. The 65 durometer has the highest coefficient of friction, while providing excellent wear resistance. www.xonnoz.com | 7

SIDEWALLS Our sidewalls combine exceptional tear and abrasion resistance with a great flexibility. Xonnoz extruded polyurethane sidewalls are formulated to provide excellent resistance to cutting, tearing, abrasion, oil and grease while meeting the requirements of the EU. JOINTING Due to its thermoplastic-like characteristics, all styles of Xonnoz conveyor belting can be spliced endless by curing the prepared belt ends in a water cooled vulcaniser. APPLICATIONS PLANER SLOW DOWN BELTS Perfect for high production volume softwood lumber sawmills. Will out wear pure gum covered belts (1:3). Seamless endless splices provide longer belt service life. Can be quickly repaired and hot air welded endless on the conveyor system. 16 |

DIE CUTTING BELTS Quickly repaired with hot air welding. Long lifespan (2-3 times longer than classic die cutting belts). METAL STAMPING BELTS Will out wear PVC covered belts by 5:1 and rubber belts by 3:1. Cut, oil and wear resistant belt covers in 2 different hardnesses. The belts cover is liquid cast onto the solid woven staple polyester carcass making it a homogeneous construction, eliminating ply or cover delamination. www.xonnoz.com | 19
EDDY CURRENT SEPARATOR BELTING High abrasion resistant urethane belt cover, sidewalls and T-cleats. Easily repaired and made endless on the system with hot air gun and weld rod. 20 |

TUMBLE BLAST BELTS Almost all hole sizes are available with either an alternate or square hole pattern. Rib profile can be rectangular or available in A, B or C section lug cleats. V-guides are available solid or notched in A, B, C, D & E sections. www.xonnoz.com | 23
