Supply is increasing in some locations, but not in the traditional hotspots. For the coming years we expect stabilization in lease price levels, but as development opportunities become scarcer and more complicated, we foresee further increases in the longer run. Logistics real estate remains a prime investment segment, so when the expected interest rate cuts materialize later this year, we expect the investment market to pick up again.
