Why doesn't Online Touch accept my credit card?

Online Touch accepts all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard.

Payments fail if your credit card is expired, card details are entered incorrectly or your card is over its limit / funds are insufficient. Sometimes the bank can also put a hold on the card after some suspicious charges.

Please double check if your card is not expired and the billing information you provided matches the billing information on record with your bank.
The cardholder field should only contain the first and last name of the cardholder when possible. Omit middle initials, middle names, and business names (unless the business name is the sole name on the card).
The postal code field should contains only the first five digits if you are in the United States. Do not include any extensions.

During maintenance of the payment provider, the system may not respond or may an error message "Invalid Credit Card" be shown. In that case, please try again later or use a different credit card.

If necessary, call to the credit card provider (the phone number is usually on the back of your card). Often, this will resolve many of the issues that cause this error, including, unknown holds, credit limit issues, and transaction limits.
